SAMPLE JAR WITH SPRING HANDLE “NEW”

New sample jar that meets the requirements of the new JIG aviation standards.

• Container: Capacity 1 USG = 3.78 liters

• Filling and emptying our sampler: Larger DN25 ball valve solution for improved emptying flow + new cross-shaped ball valve design for easier cleaning of the ball and prevention of contaminants.

• VORTEX improvement: Enlargement of the fuel inlet hole in the base of the jar to Ø6 = better vortex. See video from the first beta test.

• Lid vent solution: Redesign of the lid to include a vent with a downward outlet to prevent splashing on the operator and water from entering the jar.

• Actuation and ergonomics of the current handle for users: Integration of a spring-return handle, which is more ergonomic and is now required by the JIG for each truck drain point in a spring-return version (dead man's switch).

• Closure: A less powerful magnetic opening solution has been retained on the lid, plus a new hinge cut from solid material for vibration-free and gap-free closure.

• Retrofit on other sampler jars: Adaptor plates for other brands can be sold as a kit with the jar.
